• Undamaged returnable items should be in their original unused condition. 
• Any returns or exchanges should be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
• An original proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all return and/or exchange policies.

2. Provide your order number, explain the issue with the item that you received along with the evidence of the damaged or incomplete order.
