  • Undamaged returnable items should be in their original unused condition. 
  • Any returns or exchanges should be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.

  2. Provide your order number, explain the issue with the item that you received along with the evidence of the damaged or incomplete order.
  3. Our team will cooperate with you on the issue and guide you through the whole return and/or exchange process.
